Images to PDF

Turn JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF images into one PDF, one image per page, without uploading them.

Drop a file here, or click to choose one

The images never leave your browser: the PDF is built here.

One image per page, in the order of the list. Nothing is stretched sideways: the same scale is used for both axes, so an image never comes out squashed.

What does this tool do?

Puts images into a PDF, one per page, in the order of the list. You choose the paper — A4 or Letter — or ask for pages the size of each image, and how much margin to leave.

Filling the page or keeping the size

  • Filling the page scales the image up or down until it fits the paper, centred, without stretching it.
  • Keeping the size never enlarges: a 200 × 100 pixel logo stays that size in the middle of the page, instead of becoming a blurry sheet.

Only one scale is used for both axes, so an image never comes out squashed, and nothing is ever cropped.

WebP and GIF work too

pdf-lib can only embed PNG and JPEG, so anything else is converted through the browser’s own image decoder first. And it is done at the image’s real resolution: embedding the thumbnail the browser uses to paint it on screen would give a blurry PDF.

Keep in mind

The images never leave your browser. The PDF is built there and only the result is saved.
