Rotate PDF
Turn pages in a PDF 90°, 180° or 270°, all of them or only the ones you pick, without uploading the file.

The PDF never leaves your browser: it is read and rotated here.
Rotation is added to whatever the page already had, so a document that was already sideways comes out straight. The original file is not touched: what you get is a new one.
What does this tool do?
Turns pages in a PDF a quarter turn at a time, clockwise or anticlockwise, or 180° to flip a page
that was scanned upside down. You choose which pages with the same syntax the other PDF tools use:
all, 3, 2-5, 8- or odd.
A rotated page is not a changed page
Rotating in a PDF does not repaint anything: it writes a small instruction on the page that says “show this turned a quarter to the right”. That is why the result is exact, instant, and weighs the same as the original — and also why some old viewers, which ignore that instruction, will keep showing the page as it was.
The rotation is added to whatever the page already had. If a page came rotated 90° from the scanner and you turn it another 90°, you get 180° rather than 90°: which is what you meant, and not what happens when a tool sets the angle from zero.
Keep in mind
The file never leaves your browser. It is read, turned and written on your own machine, and what you get is a new file — the original is untouched, so if you rotate the wrong page you have lost nothing.
