Delete PDF Pages

Remove pages you do not want from a PDF and download a clean copy, without uploading the file.

Drop a file here, or click to choose one

The PDF never leaves your browser: the pages are removed here.

A PDF cannot have zero pages, so the tool refuses to remove every page at once. The original file is not touched.

What does this tool do?

Takes pages out of a PDF and gives you a new file with the rest. You write the pages that go — 3, 2-5, odd — and it tells you how many would be left before you press anything.

Why you name the pages that go

Because that is how the problem is thought about when the document is in front of you: “this page is a duplicate”, “this one is blank”, “this one is the draft version”. Naming the pages you want to keep works too in the split tool, which is the other way round.

A PDF cannot be empty

Removing every page is refused with a sentence that says so, rather than producing a broken file that no viewer can open. And if a page number is outside the document, the message says how many pages it has.

Keep in mind

The pages are removed from the copy that gets written, not from your file: the original stays exactly as it was, so trying again costs nothing. Nothing is uploaded.
